Billing & Insurance It is important that you are familiar with the requirements of your insurance plan prior to any scheduled visits to the office. Co pays will be collected before services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard. If your insurance company requires a referral, you are responsible for obtaining this referral and bringing it to the office with you. If a referral is not obtained prior to the visit, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. Please bring your insurance card to all appointments.
